If you need help or have questions about, for example, our products, delivery, or other frequently asked questions, you can easily find answers to most of them on this page. If you don't find what you're looking for, you are always welcome to contact us directly!

ORDERS

When you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order. However, this email may end up in the spam filter, so it is always a good idea to check your spam folder.

If you have not received an email with your order confirmation, or if you have questions about the status shown when you track your package, you are more than welcome to contact our customer service directly, and we will do our best to guide and help you on your way.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order or the information entered, as our order processes run automatically. If you have entered the wrong address, we can try to change the information if you inform us as quickly as possible. If this is not possible in time, our delivery partner will most often return the package to us, and from there we will refund you for the order.

If you regret your purchase, you can do the following:

1. You can refuse receipt, after which the package will automatically be sent back to us.

2. You can receive the package and contact our customer service, who can help you with a free return label.

DELIVERY

If you have not received your package 3 working days after placing your order, it may be due to delays with the delivery partner or busyness at our warehouse. You are welcome to contact us at any time, and we can ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible.

At ONYX COOKWARE™, we deliver within 1-3 working days after your order is placed, unless it is a pre-order. During special promotions, such as sales, Black Friday, or similar, there may be rare cases of extended delivery time. Should this be the case, you will be advised accordingly.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the tracking link can provide you with information.

When you make a purchase on our website, we will always offer you at least one shipping option that is free. However, due to many requests from our customers, we also offer other shipping options that are more flexible than the standard ones. These shipping options are more expensive than the standard ones, but are offered so you can freely choose what suits you best. In this case, however, we charge a small fee on the more expensive shipping options to cover the difference between a standard shipping and the premium shipping option you have chosen yourself.

RETURNS

We offer a 100-day return policy, which also applies even if you have used the product. Therefore, it should be understood as a satisfaction guarantee. If you do not like the product or are not satisfied with the function of the product, we will refund your money as soon as we have received the product back. It is simple and easy.

Remember to provide your order number for the fastest possible processing of your inquiry.

Please note that it is not possible to return physically to our address, as we are exclusively an online shop and therefore do not have a physical store.

We process your return order as quickly as possible once it has arrived at our warehouse. It can take up to 14 days from when you send your return order until we have refunded the money to you. The timing depends on your bank as to when the money will be available on your account. You will then receive an email once your refund has been processed. The amount will be transferred back to the same means of payment and/or the same payment option you used for the purchase.

Both you and/or the recipient of the gift are always welcome to return the product. To return the product, simply contact our customer service with the order number, and we can assist with a free return label. Please note that we can only refund the money to the card with which the item was paid.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item directly. However, you can return your order, and we will refund your purchase, so you can place a new order for the desired product.

When claiming a product, please describe in detail what the claim is about and attach a photo or a video of the claim. You will then receive an email from our customer service, who will assist you as best as possible with your situation.

Remember to provide your order number for the fastest possible processing of your claim.

PAYMENT

We offer several payment options including card payment with VISA and Mastercard.

On our website in the checkout basket, on the left side, you will need to fill in your information and details, such as name, address, and email. On the right side, you will be able to see the products you are about to purchase, and under this function, you will see "Gift Card or Discount Code". In this field, enter your gift card or discount code and press "Apply" – the discount will then automatically be included in your total order amount.

Often, it may depend on which browser you are using when making the purchase. Therefore, try using either Google Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox. WARRANTY

At ONYX COOKWARE™, we offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. This warranty covers all aspects of our products; from the integrity of the product's structure and shape to the coating itself.

The coating is also covered by the warranty. Our products are specifically designed to have the most durable non-stick coating available on the market today. Should it happen that the coating comes off or is otherwise degraded, this is also covered by the warranty.

OTHER

To achieve the big discounts we advertise, just follow the step-by-step guide below:

1. Find the product you want to buy on the website – It could be, for example, a 26cm frying pan.

2. Click on the product and scroll down until you see a menu with a lot of accessories.

3. Check the accessory options you want for your frying pan, and then click on "Add to Cart".

4. Once you have added your main product including the desired accessories, you can access your cart on the right side (see the shopping cart icon), and from there proceed to checkout.

Our products are primarily manufactured in Asia. Our headquarters and warehouse are located in Sorø, and it is from here that all orders are shipped.
